True-Tilt Tooling Arm and Receiver Parts

True-Tilt Tooling Arm and Receiver Parts kit includes:

• 400 mm long tool arm (40 mm x 40 mm)

• Hinge for the work table

• Precision machined mounting tube for the work table

• Adjustable clamping levers

• Mounting hardware

  This add on for the True-Tilt Bevel Grind Table allows the complete system to be mounted on a Revolution Grinder that does not yet have a tilting work rest.

  The kit is also compatible with other belt grinders that use 40 mm x 40 mm tool arms. However, minor adjustments are required. (In this case, the position where the True-Tilt table is welded to the mounting tube must be adjusted so that the sanding belt is perfectly aligned with the table.)

  Note: If your Revolution Grinder is already equipped with a tilting work rest, you only need the True-Tilt Bevel Grind Table

. In this case, the existing worktable can simply be replaced with the new True-Tilt table, and the system is ready for immediate use.
