Refund policy

Returns
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.


Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. In the email, we will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.


Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is finalized.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or special offers cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at knifematerial.at@gmail.com to arrange the process.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
